I'm starting something new this week. Not out of desperation - I've been meaning to do it for awhile. Nope, nooooo desperation. Seriously, I'm still exercising nearly every day, and thanks to an astonishing act of generosity I now have even more options on that score.
It doesn't help that my play rehearsals take place at the director's house, and he always lays out food for us. I must remember to think, WWJBD? (What Would Jim Broadbent Do?) And then do the opposite.
