Attention Kate Bush Fans!
Great new Kate Bush video here. Hilarious!
Although I think "There Goes A Tenner" would have been more suitable, in so many ways. At any rate, I'm going to rummage around in my CD bin and make this a Kate-listening day.
(Via the newly relocated Tim Blair, who is convinced it's not parody. C'mon, Tim!)
UPDATE: Oops, couldn't find my Kate CD's. Substituted Echo & The Bunnymen. Higher & higher, bay-bee!

Surely there is, likewise, a video celebrating Bush's victory? If not, you could call it "Our Leader". Kate would probably be too avant garde for Republicans, otherwise "Sat In Your Lap" would be pretty groovy. Too bad Leni Riefenstahl died last year!
Some say that knowledge is HO HO HO!
(Merry Christmas)

HAW! Cos he's just like Hitler! And the Republicans, see, they're like Nazis!
Maybe you've heard of my new song, it's called, "When Doves Die." Now, get out my house.

You don't miss a trick, ya goose steppin' bastid.
To be sure, whatever goober prepared the "This Woman's Work" video sets him/herself up for ridicule. And why can't Dems be more like the GOP, who no doubt would have accepted defeat more graciously?

I'm feeling very Sun-Tsu today, so I'm not even gettin in this one.
Have you guys seen "The Dreamers"? Killer late 60s soundtrack for a French flick. We watched it on DVD last weekend, also an awesome documentary "The Endurance" about Shackleton's disaster/survival story in Antartica in 1916, narrated by the star of "Kinsey", Liam Neeson.
I have a new retirement fantasy-buy a used sailboat and sail around the world. Or to the hinterlands at least.
btw, Joellen and Peter's newly adopted boy from Guatamala, John Jairo, is here. Merry Christmas!
