Who Knew?
Hm. According to my XM Radio receiver, which I have no reason to doubt, "Making Plans for Nigel" is not a lesser Men At Work single; it's a somewhat lesser (but not as lesser as if it had been Men At Work) XTC single.
That is all.

"Making Plans for Nigel" is one of the glories of Western Civilization! Never has it been referred to as minor.
"And Nigel says he's happy,
he's happy,
in his world."
Profound.

Eek! Not Chalkhills!
Thanks, but in the XTC pantheon it's minor.
See, I'm actually *complimenting* XTC here! They have many, many great songs, there's no denying it. I just don't think this is one of them.
Surely even Chalkhillians are permitted to be less than enthusiastic about *one* song?
