Eye-brakes
From an e-mail I received today on the Atlanta Theatre Mailing List:
TONIGHT, and tonight only, come see preview night Pride's Crossing at Neighborhood Playhouse for only $5.In celebration of Women's History Month
URT! Stopped reading right there. Sorry. Anybody got any other eye-brakes?

I read Andrew Sullivan every day, but his mind-numbingly detailed arguments in favor of same-sex marriage cause eye-skippage. You don't have to read a word to recognize it--just look for a very dense half screen of text, and you know that's what it is.

Truly, methinks Andrew doth protest too much. He's probably gay or something himself.

Your brakes are probably tuned like mine. My ABS kicks in with the word "diversity".
Even though I are one.

Heh.
I hate to admit it, because there are some good books that can be described this way, but, in the book store or DVD shop: "The story of one brave woman" URT!

Movies: "David Mamet"
Sorry, but I think a movie should be more than a play put on film.

Ooooh, now that's just cold. I've enjoyed many of his movies! And that Rebecca Pigeon - rowww, especially in "State & Main."
In fact, I have a thing I say from State & Main: Alec Baldwin's "...That happened..." after he wrecks his car. Funny stuff!
Go you Huskies!
